TPMS Sensor
Service & Repair
Tire pressure warning light on? Tread & Go diagnoses, programs, and replaces TPMS sensors right at your location—so you can skip the shop and get the issue handled the right way.
TPMS Service
We Don’t Just Clear The Light
We Find the Real Problem
Your TPMS light can come on for a few different reasons. Sometimes it really is low tire pressure. Other times it is a bad sensor, a dead internal battery, damage during tire service, or a system that simply needs the correct relearn procedure.
Instead of guessing, Tread & Go comes to your home, workplace, or location and checks the system properly. We scan the vehicle, verify which sensors are responding, and figure out what is actually causing the issue before recommending anything.
That means less guesswork, fewer wasted parts, and a better chance of getting the warning light solved in one visit.
- TPMS system scan and diagnosis
- Sensor communication check at each wheel
- Relearn / programming when applicable
- Identification of failed, weak, or missing sensors
- On-site mobile service at your location
Common TPMS Problems
Why the Light Is On
and What We Commonly See
TPMS lights are not always just about low air. These are some of the most common reasons drivers call us for TPMS service.
Before We Arrive
A Little Info Helps Us
Diagnose Faster
TPMS issues are usually quick to narrow down, especially if we know when the light started and whether any tire work happened recently.
Helpful Before TPMS Service:
- Note when the TPMS light first came on
- Let us know about recent tire or wheel service
- Have the vehicle accessible for scanning
- Air tires to normal pressure if possible before the visit

FAQ
Common questions about TPMS warning lights, sensor replacement, relearn procedures, and what to expect with mobile TPMS service.
What does TPMS mean?
TPMS stands for Tire Pressure Monitoring System. It is the system in your vehicle that monitors tire pressure and alerts you when something is off.
Why is my TPMS light still on after adding air?
If the light stays on after correcting tire pressure, the issue may be a failed sensor, a dead internal battery, a relearn issue, or another system fault. That is where proper diagnosis comes in.
Can you reset or relearn TPMS sensors?
Yes, in many cases we can perform a TPMS relearn or programming procedure depending on the vehicle and sensor setup.
Do TPMS sensors go bad?
Yes. TPMS sensors can fail over time, especially as their internal batteries age. Many sensors last around 5 to 10 years before problems start showing up.
Can you replace TPMS sensors at my house?
Yes, depending on the vehicle and service setup, we may be able to replace and program TPMS sensors on-site.
Do I need TPMS service after getting new tires?
Sometimes. If the sensors were disturbed, damaged, already weak, or the system needs a relearn after service, TPMS work may be needed.
How much does TPMS service cost?
TPMS diagnosis and relearn starts at $80. Sensor replacement pricing depends on the vehicle, sensor type, and what exactly is needed.
Can you tell me which sensor is bad?
That is usually the goal of the diagnostic process. We scan the system and check communication at each wheel to narrow down which sensor or issue is causing the warning light.
