A mounted seasonal swap means your winter or summer tires are already installed on their own wheels and ready to bolt on. An unmounted seasonal swap means the tires still need to be mounted and balanced before they can go on the vehicle.
How much is a mounted seasonal set swap?
A mounted seasonal set swap is $80. This applies when your second set is already mounted on wheels and ready to install.
How much is an unmounted seasonal tire swap?
An unmounted seasonal tire swap is $140. This applies when your seasonal tires still need to be mounted and balanced before installation.
Do my seasonal tires need to already be on wheels?
No — not necessarily. If they are already mounted on wheels, that falls under the mounted seasonal set swap. If they are not mounted yet, we can handle that too under the unmounted seasonal tire swap service.
What is included in the unmounted seasonal swap?
The unmounted seasonal swap includes mounting and balancing your seasonal tires and installing them on the vehicle. If you are unsure which option you need, call or text and we’ll help you figure it out before booking.
Do you offer TPMS service during a seasonal swap?
Yes, TPMS relearn or programming may be available as an add-on for $45 when bundled with a seasonal swap, depending on the vehicle and sensor setup.
Can you do the seasonal swap at my house or workplace?
Yes. Tread & Go is mobile, so we can perform seasonal swap service at your home, workplace, or another approved location within the service area.
How do I know which seasonal swap option I need?
If your second set is already installed on its own wheels, you likely need the mounted set swap. If the tires are loose and still need to be put on wheels, you likely need the unmounted swap option. If you’re not sure, send a photo or call and we’ll help you confirm.
