Welcome to Tread & Go LLC. By using our website, requesting service, contacting us by phone or text, or submitting information through our forms or chat widget, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Services

Tread & Go LLC provides mobile tire and roadside-related services, including but not limited to tire installation, flat repair, tire sales, seasonal tire swaps, TPMS-related services, roadside assistance, and other related services. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, service area limitations, and vehicle condition.

2. Estimates and Pricing

Quotes and estimates are based on the information provided by the customer. Final pricing may change if actual service conditions differ, additional labor is required, incorrect information was provided, or additional parts or services are needed.

Minimum service call fees may apply. If stated in a quote, the minimum service call fee is included in the quoted price unless otherwise noted.

3. Appointments and Scheduling

We work to arrive within the scheduled timeframe, but exact arrival times are not guaranteed due to traffic, weather, prior jobs, parts delays, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate service details, vehicle information, and location information. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in delays, rescheduling, or additional charges.

4. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may accept card payments, digital payments, and other approved payment methods.

Certain orders or services, including special-order tires, may require a deposit before work begins or products are ordered.

5. Tire Orders, Deposits, and Special Orders

Tire orders may require a deposit before ordering. Once special-order tires or parts have been ordered, they may be non-refundable or subject to cancellation fees. If a customer cancels after items have been ordered, the customer may remain responsible for the cost of those items.

6. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is accessible, safe to service, and legally located for mobile work. We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe or if the vehicle presents a hazard to our technician, equipment, or others.

7. Warranties and Product Issues

Manufacturer warranties, if any, are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. Tread & Go LLC does not independently guarantee manufacturer products beyond any applicable service warranty we expressly provide.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tread & Go LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, unsafe vehicle conditions, hidden defects, or manufacturer defects in tires, wheels, sensors, or other parts.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.

9. Communications

By contacting Tread & Go LLC, submitting a service request, or using our website chat features, you consent to receive calls and text messages related to your request, appointment, estimate, or service. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out of text messages.

10. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, or submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through the site, forms, or chat widget.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes become effective when posted on this page. Continued use of our website or services after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
